The founder of SunshineCA.com since 2011. My expertise is real estate investments, personalized home improvements and full-service for VIP immigrant families. From over 20 yrs marketing background in Greater China and over 10 yrs realtor experience in California, I’m working with extensive network of high-net-worth Chinese buyers who are seeking opportunities in real estate investments.
